W3S AI — an agentic engineering team, governed.

A production AI plugin I designed and built end to end. It turns a single coding assistant into a governed engineering team: specialised agents plan, implement, review, and test — each bound to a contract that decides what it is allowed to touch. Built because businesses want AI speed without giving up the review trail.

  • Multi-agent delivery pipeline

    An architect plans, implementers build in parallel, then a reviewer and tester verify before anything ships — the same senior workflow a real team runs, executed by agents.

  • Enforced guardrails

    Immutable per-role write contracts, pre-execution gates, and a deploy gate stop an agent from editing files outside its scope or shipping unreviewed work. Safety is enforced by the runtime, not by prompt wording.

  • Model routing that respects budget

    Work is triaged by complexity and routed to the cheapest capable model, with bounded units delegated to free local models — heavy reasoning is spent only where it changes the outcome.

  • Persistent project memory

    Plans, architecture decision records, and handoff digests persist to disk, so context survives across sessions, agents, and hosts instead of dying with the chat window.

  • Cross-host by design

    One contract layer runs the same workflow across multiple AI coding hosts, so a team is never locked to a single vendor’s assistant.

  • Full delivery surface

    Scaffolding, database migrations, security scanning, browser QA, accessibility, SEO, and guided deployment ship as first-class skills rather than bolt-on scripts.
